Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 1 pre-made pizza dough (or homemade)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200g mixed wild mushrooms (shiitake, cremini, oyster), sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp truffle oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh arugula or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Prepare mushrooms: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic and mushrooms until tender, about 5–7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble pizza: Roll out the dough on a baking tray. Spread sautéed mushrooms evenly. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the top.
- Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Finish: Drizzle truffle oil over the pizza, garnish with fresh arugula or parsley, and serve hot.
