Truffle-Infused Wild Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough (or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 200g mixed wild mushrooms (shiitake, cremini, oyster), sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp truffle oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh arugula or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Prepare mushrooms: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic and mushrooms until tender, about 5–7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Assemble pizza: Roll out the dough on a baking tray. Spread sautéed mushrooms evenly. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the top.
  4. Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  5. Finish: Drizzle truffle oil over the pizza, garnish with fresh arugula or parsley, and serve hot.
