Creamy Truffle Pasta Alfredo

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 350g fettuccine or your preferred pasta
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1–2 tsp truffle oil (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta:
    • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
    • Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare sauce:
    • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
    • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
    • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  3. Add cheese:
    • Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
    • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Add pasta and truffle oil:
    • Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated.
    • Drizzle truffle oil over the pasta and mix gently to combine.
  5. Serve:
    • Plate the pasta, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately for a luxurious, creamy dish.
