Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 350g fettuccine or your preferred pasta
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1–2 tsp truffle oil (adjust to taste)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare sauce:
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add cheese:
- Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Add pasta and truffle oil:
- Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated.
- Drizzle truffle oil over the pasta and mix gently to combine.
- Serve:
- Plate the pasta, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately for a luxurious, creamy dish.
